My brother rikchik has more faithfully translated the song meme into Rikchik by translating lines from 14 (i.e. 20₍₇₎) songs. I've solved two of them, marked with *s below. Here are my rough and unemended transations back into English...

I skipped the first one, since it's the description of the meme.

4. Someting not dead that sleeps forever. The death god can kill [or die] in a chaotic long time. Don't touch it in the learned word. [I recognize this quote. Is it in a song?]
   
5. Dead or alive he/she comes. God! God! Dead or alive he/she comes.
   
6. I give fish. I give crystals.[candy?] I give everything in my tentacles.
   
7. 39 years pass. All the people who want to move are here. At the same time, not much ground is in the days.
   
8. Someone cannot not think it is a happy magic place. No-one enters. No-one exits. *

You've got some mistakes here and there (check your aspects! Yes, I know some of them are wrong, but you're ignoring some that are right) but this is pretty good. I'm glad you got #9 (I thought that was pretty funny) but I'm kind of surprised you didn't get 5 or 7. I think you could get 10 if you corrected your translation.
