a couple years ago, you, the hobbit, myself and the two other freaks went to the philadelphia zoo once, and you insisted we stop in to the petting zoo to hang out with the llamas and the goats. the hobbit and jadelennox were not very interested, but we all went in anyway because you were practically jumping up and down with excitement. i remember you had to bum a quarter off me to fill your ice cream cones with the pellets to feed the goats and stuff, which annoyed me because it was your idea, and no one else really wanted to be there but you STILL had to borrow a quarter.
there was this one llama, called freckles, who had (of course) freckles all over his body, and you were feeding him out of your ice cream cone with pellets in it, and temvald came around freckles, and as he is wont to do to small creatures and children, spooked the poor creature who promptly spit chewed up ice cream cone and pellet all over you, which ruined your shirt. you had to buy an orange zoo themed t from the gift store. if i remember correctly, and i do, it was orange and said 'you really otter visit the zoo!' and it had a picture of on otter on it.
Remember that time we all went down to the Omni to see Cheap Trick, and Josh and Brownlee charged the stage, and we lost track of them and found out the next day they had been arrested? Good times, man, good times.
I don't think I could forget sophomore year of college, when you proposed to direct Juvenal's first satire in the original Latin. Chico was very supportive, as I recall, but it came down to some stupid ETB politics. The best part may have been Chico's scathing letter to the Carletonian about how the so-called Experimental Theatre Board should just call itself the "Theatre Board" if they weren't willing to produce a show in Latin.
But the most vivid memory I have of it all is of you and David out on the Bald Spot, running a few scenes of it, with him trying to give you acting advice and you trying to correct his Latin pronunciation.
