If you:
1. owned a restaurant, what kind of food would you serve?
I'd probably run my "Axis cuisine" restaurant, serving Italian, German, and Japanese cuisine. Then I'd get picketed and have to leave town. But the food would be tasty. Or maybe I'd just open a Waffle House.
2. owned a small store, what kind of merchandise would you sell?
Very odd books. It would be the kind of place you walk into, look at the shelves, and say "I had no idea such a document existed!" I might have to start a small press as well to print some of the books I'd want.
3. wrote a book, what genre would it be?
One of:
4. ran a school, what would you teach?
Latin.
5. ...recorded an album, what kind of music would be on it?
Harmonic folk-pop versions of discordant punk and proto-punk songs, mixed with discordant punk versions of harmonic folk, pop, and art songs.

One of:
- A chapbook of my Latin poetry
- A surreal comic book
- A technical/practical treatise on something odd
