Today's the final day. The verse is done
until the seventeenth of April, '5.
I hope that everybody had a week
that added some diversion to their blogs.
Instead of just reporting yesterday,
I thought I'd give a lesson. Once in Rome
there was a hero, Mucius by name,
who, due to courage on a daring raid
against the enemy, lost all the use
of any part of his right hand. He then
acquired the name Scaevola, "Lefty". Now,
today while shopping at the garden store,
we found and bought a flower with the name
Scaevola.
( See, Scaevola looks like this. )
