Thank you very much for writing for me!
Worldbuilding, settings, adventures, neat ideas, engagement with canon, complication of canon (including making antagonists sympathetic).
non-canon character death, realistic violence, noncon or dubcon, underage, incest, fatphobia
"We got the munchies and I made some spaghetti"
This song is so odd despite being an extremely straightforward narration. I'd love to know what Ariel thought of this whole incident. How deeply did the singer "fall in love with her"? Was it mutual? Did they end up in a relationship of any length?
"Look, I don't mean to frustrate, but I
Always make the same mistakes, yeah"
This video gives us a glimpse at a moment in a world very similar to ours but different in some interesting ways. What is the figure in the robe doing? What sort of society are the women arriving at at the end of the video? How well does the woman in the leather jacket know the women by the drinks case at the beginning of the video? Does their relationship change during the video?
"How do you cry with inanimate eyes?
You're never gonna smile with the way that you're wired"
If you're interested, I think it would be interesting to read this song in a more literal way. How much self-determination do the various inanimate characters in the song have. This song could have a modern, fantasy, or sci-fi setting. Please have fun with it.
"There is a big click-clack machine whose engines don't pump gasoline"
Is this song about construction, militarism, or something stranger? There's a sinister dreamlike feeling to the lyrics in such a bouncy song. I'd love any sort of exploration of what's going on.
"Maidens... shouldn't be underestimated"
Do the fox maidens have a specific aim? Where did they come from?
