Based on what I saw on the websites, the manufacturer offers interior color as an option but the Harvard Book Store didn't buy that module. Which makes sense if they're mostly planning to reprint out-of-print books, rather than serve as a POD shop for photo books.

Of course some 15th-century out-of-print books are beautifully illuminated.
